4. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to studio lighting diagram schematics and medium-format dynamic range calibration tests, is the property of Photography House and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photography House, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the services and resources provided.

In the event that any term or condition is deemed unenforceable or invalid, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from the use of the services and resources provided by Photography House shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
